We recognize that our workforce is the vital key to the successful delivery of quality works constantly. Quality Induction Course Training
Purpose
Training focus on inspection test plan, KPI, WPS details with material involved, welder qualification requirement and NDE requirements.

Construction team, fitters, welders, supervisors, welding foreman, and QC Personnel.

Electrode Control System & Welding Defects
Purpose
Briefing on welding consumable materials control, and welding production control implemented.

QC personnel, electrode controller, welding supervisor, welding foremen and welders.

Quality Awareness Tightness and Cleanliness
Purpose
Awareness program on pre-start activities/ project to deliver quality expectation like special material fit-up, welding, flange assembly, heating and NDE requirements.

Purpose

Re-fresher training in awareness and understanding in flange identification, gasket inspection, correct lubricant usage and application of correct torque value load.
